DVD/VCD operation

"ERROR" may appear on the TV screen during
operation. This means that the function is not
available on the disc now.
Selecting a top menu
Remote control
Press the DISC MENU button.
: The top menu appears on the screen.
DVD-V
: PBC: [OFF] S PBC: [ON] appears on
VCD
the screen.
Select PBC: [ON] when using playback
control menu.
Select PBC: [OFF] when playback in normal
mode.
Picture zoom
Remote control
ZOOM
Press the ZOOM button repeatedly during play-
back to select the desired zoom level.

Selecting the desired
camera angle
In the case of a DVD disc (multi angle) that con-
tains scenes shot simultaneously from multiple
camera angles, it is possible to select the desired
camera angle.

Press the button repeatedly during playback until
the desired angle appears.

Selecting subtitle language
Remote control
Press the button repeatedly during playback until the
desired subtitle language appears on the screen.
Note:
This operation works only with discs on which
multiple subtitle languages are recorded.

Press the button repeatedly during playback until
the desired language appears on the screen.

This operation works only with discs on which
multiple audio sound track languages are
recorded.
: Selecting the audio channel output
VCD
Press the button repeatedly during playback to
select an audio channel.

Selecting audio channel operation may differ
depending on the disc used and may not be
possible on some discs.
