1. Remove the 9 Screws(T3x10) and remove the Optical base-top.

1. Remove the Mirror(W) and stopper mirror-A, stopper mirror-B upward.
2. Remove the Integrator Lens(IN) and stopper-C upward.
3. Remove the Shield plate(beam) upward.
4. Remove the Integrator Lens(OUT) and stopper-C upward.
