In addition to warranty claims against the seller based
on the sales contract and in addition to our appliance
warranty we shall be liable for payment of damages
under the following conditions:
1.
If damage is caused by water due to a fault of
our Aqua Stop system, we shall compensate
the private user for the damage.
2.
This liability guarantee is valid for the service life
of the appliance.
3.
A claim under the warranty can only be considered
provided Aqua Stop has been properly installed
and connected to the appliance according to
our instructions, including a properly installed
Aqua Stop extension (original accessory).
Our warranty does not apply to defective supply
lines or fittings up to the Aqua Stop connection on
the tap.
4.
If your washing machine features Aqua Stop,
you do not need to keep your eye on the washing
machine during operation or turn the tap off
afterwards. You should only turn the tap off if you
intend being away from home for a prolonged
period, e.g. on holiday.
