Weekly
summary displays summaries for the past 16 weeks.

Totals
include cumulative values recorded during training
sessions.
•
Delete
files. To view exercise data, press OK and scroll UP or
DOWN.
For complete analysis, transfer data to Polar ProTrainer 5.
