Is a card correctly inserted?
Check for face/back or front/back of the card.
Is the card inserted correctly with the IC chip face
up and in the arrow direction of the card?
Did you disconnect the USB cable?
Did you install the driver software
correctly?
Is "!" mark displayed for the driver in the
device manager?
It is possible that the driver software is not
installed correctly. For details, refer to the
installation manual in the attached floppy disk.
Is the service of smart card started?
It is necessary that service of the smart card is
started. For details, refer to the installation
manual in the attached floppy disk.
