In case of a desktop PC, put the card reader
on the stand flaps. In case of a notebook PC,
you can hang the card reader on the LCD
panel as shown in the right figure.
Be careful in handling the card reader so that it does
not fall off.
Connecting to PC/USB hub
Connect the USB cable to PC or USB hub.
It is recommended to use the self-power (having
power supply of its own) type USB hub that is
capable of supplying sufficient drive current.
Using cards
It is necessary to separately install the application software on the PC side in
order to operate this card reader. Prepare application software appropriate for
the purpose of the use, and install it.
Following instructions of the application software, insert a card into the card
inserting port. As for the card inserting direction, fit to the inserting direction
mark on the card reader, place the IC chip face up, and insert a card correctly
in the arrow direction.
Following instructions of the application software, take out the card.
