Press the shutter release button fully again.
The shutter is released and the picture is taken.
• Select a mode other than
M.UP
or
M.M~
in the [Drive Mode] screen to cancel
Mirror Lock-up shooting. The setting is canceled when the camera is turned
off if [Drive Mode] is set too (Off) in [Memory] of the [0 Rec. Mode 5] menu.

• The mirror automatically returns to its original position if 1 minute elapses
after the mirror pops up when the shutter release button is pressed for the
first time (except while using Multi-exposure).
• The Shake Reduction function is automatically turned off when
M.UP
or
M.M~
is set.
• The beep that sounds when the mirror pops up can be turned off. (p.252)
