Placing a Call While in a Call
If your network supports this service, you can make another
call while a call is in progress.
To make a new call while a call is in progress:
1. From the currently active call, touch Add call to dial
the second call. The first call is reduced to a thumbnail
window.
2. Dial the new phone number and touch
To switch between the two calls:
Touch Swap. The first call now fills the screen, and the
second call is reduced to a thumbnail window.

Switching Between Calls

You can answer another call while you have a call in progress
if you have activated your Call waiting feature. Otherwise, the
other call will go to your Voicemail box. For more information,
refer to "Additional Settings" on page 127.
1. Touch
2. Touch Putting "Name/Number" on hold to put the
first call on hold.
Call.

Touch Ending call with "Name/Number" to end the
first call.
3. To switch between the two calls, touch Swap.
• Swap: Place the current call on hold and then activates
the previous call. The active call will appear in a green
box. Touch Swap again to switch back.
To end a call on hold:
1. Touch
2. The call on hold will now become the active call. Touch
and slide to the right to answer another call.
