Setting the clock

SYSTEM
SETUP
The clock uses a 12-hour indication.

Press (SYSTEM SETUP).
The system setup item appears on the main
unit.

Press M/m to select "CLOCK-ADJ,"
then press (ENTER).
The hour indication flashes.

Press M/m to set the hour and minute.
To move the digital indication, press </,.

Press (ENTER).
The setting is complete.
To hide the system setup display, press
(SYSTEM SETUP).
To show the clock during playback, press
(DSPL) repeatedly until it appears.
With the main unit
Press and hold the volume control dial instead of
pressing (SYSTEM SETUP), rotate the volume control
dial instead of pressing M/m, press the .m/
M> instead of </,.

Using Optional Equipment

Auxiliary equipment

DSPL
You can connect auxiliary devices to the unit,
and listen on your car speakers.
Up to 2 devices can be connected, one to the
AUX input jack (stereo mini jack) on the front,
and the other to the AUX AUDIO IN terminals
on the rear. The volume level is adjustable for
any difference between the unit and the auxiliary
device.
Connecting an auxiliary device
1 Turn off the auxiliary device.
2 Turn down the volume on the unit.
3 Connect to the unit.
On the front
Connect to the AUX input jack.
* Be sure to use a straight type plug.
On the rear
Connect to the AUX AUDIO IN terminals.
