Cleaning the air intake grille

Remove the air intake grille.
Hold the two sides of the air intake grille and open
upwards.
Move the centre arm to the left and remove the grille.

Wash it with water using a soft sponge or
towel.
(Do not use metallic scrubbing brush or
other hard brushes.)
• Use of such hard objects will cause scratches on
the surface of the grille, and the metal coating to
peel off.
• If very dirty, clean the air intake grille with a neutral
detergent for kitchen use, and rinse it off with
water.

Wipe out water from the air intake grille and
dry it.

Fit the left and right arms of the air intake
grille to the shafts on the two sides of the air
conditioner and push in completely, and
then push in the centre arm.

Check that the centre arm has been
completely inserted and close the air intake
grille.
• Push the arrow locations (four) at the bottom of the
air intake grille to check whether the grille is
completely closed.
