Connecting to the WiFi/Router Connect the WiFi/Router to your PC using the blue Ethernet cable supplied in the box. In addition to the parameters that must be set by the user described in paragraph 2, several parameters are set by Maretron at the factory. Programming network security This section details the programming of WiFi/Router to ensure that wireless messages to and from the router are encrypted against eavesdropping. - Page 21 The Passphrase is used to encrypt the data passed between the router and wireless devices. It must be entered identically on all wireless devices connected to the router. Maretron will choose a secure passphrase, and attach a copy of it to the underside of the router. Carefully enter this phrase into the Passphrase box in the above dialog, for both the 5 GHz Wireless Security and the 2.4 GHz Wireless Security categories.
