of operation.

FTG Operation Troubleshooting

Solution(s)
Check and connect communication
cables.
Check/connect the TV power cord.
TV needs to be turned ON (default FTG
Mode).
In the FTG Configuration Application,
select the correct COM port for the cable
being used.
