Output Options (Print Dialog Box)
If you select Output Options from the pop-up menu in the Print dialog
box, you can save the document as a PDF (Portable Document Format) file.
(1) Save as File
If you check the Save as File check box, you can select PDF as
Format. When you click Save , a dialog box for specifying the file
name and location opens.
You can also save the document as a PDF file by clicking Save as PDF in
the Print dialog box.
