From the Start menu, click Devices and Printers to open the Devices
and Printers directory.

Right-click the KONICA MINOLTA magicolor 1680MF printer icon, and
then click Printing preferences.

Windows Vista/Server 2008

From the Start menu, select Control Panel, and then click Hardware
and Sound to select Printers.
