NetMail allows each user to create what Internet mailers refer to as "signature" files. This
is a file containing the user's name, e-mail address, and optionally company name, telephone
number, or any other information relevant to people whom you might send electronic mail to.
(Many users also include humorous anecdotes in their electronic signatures.)
An example of what a signature file might look like is:
Internet users will recognize this as the "signature" used in outgoing electronic messages
from 3k Associates' electronic mail support line (support@3k.com) - available 24 hours a day
