The first selection under message options is "Compose/send". This is the selection you use
to actually compose and/or send a message. Notice that the "fast select" character for this option
is "C" (the underlined character in the selection). This means you can merely type a "C" when the
menu is pulled down to invoke this option.
As soon as you select the "Compose/send" choice, a new window will pop up, prompting
you for information about the message you propose to send.
