Loading print media over 90 g/m
When you are loading print media over 90 g/m
standard tray or optional 250-sheet tray, the tray's media dial must be set to position 2.

Remove the tray completely.

Remove any print media already in the tray.

Turn the tray over.

Using a coin, push the media dial down and turn it from position 1 to position 2.

Turn the tray over and load the appropriate print media as described in
standard tray and the optional 250-sheet tray on page
If you are using print media that is 60–90 g/m
