Appendix A: Hardware Restore
There is a button hidden under the ICA-312 housing. User must open the housing cover first
and then access this button. This button is use for hardware restore to factory default settings.
Sometimes restarting the ICA-312 will make the system back to a normal state. If the system
still got problems after reset, user can restore the factory default settings and install it again.
Restore the ICA-312:
1. Press and hold the button down continuously.
2. Wait at least 3 seconds and release the button. Then the ICA-312 has been
restored to factory default settings and reboot again.
Note: Restoring the factory default setting will lose the all previous settings included IP
address forever. User will need to run the IPWizard program to search the device and
configure it to let the device work properly again.
