F When a call is on hold for longer than the preprogrammed interval, the call recalls to the

D originating telephone. There are two types of held calls. Exclusive Hold is a held call that can

be picked up only on the telephone where it was placed on hold. Non-Exclusive Hold is a
held call that can be picked up from any telephone in the system that has access to the line
where the call is holding.
