- Replace with new bit
- Drill faster
- Lubricate cutting area
- Adjust belt tension
- Lubricate spindle
- Check pulley nut
- Tighten Set screws
- Replace drill bit
- Replace spindle bearings
- Reinstall drill bit
- Reinstall Chuck and Arbor assembly
Quill
- Adjust
- Reposition workpiece, lubricate drill
- Replace drill bit
- Pull Feed Handle slowly.
- Adjust motor and spindle belt tension
