Use this chart to find the best possible connections.
( The source device you will use most frequently

• Connect the power cable to this unit and plug it
to a wall outlet.
• Turn all connected devices ON including this
unit, subwoofer and TV. Make sure to select the
appropriate HDMI input on the TV to display
neoHD "Initial Setup" screen .
• Follow the setup process of this unit by using
the "Initial Setup" on screen guide to complete
the basic configuration. (1lW P. 10)
Connect the supplied IR flashers to the REMOTE
OUT jacks on the back of this unit, then attach
the IR flasher to the remote control sensor on the
front of the devices as follows. (1lW P. 8 for details)
This will allow this unit to control the attached
source devices.
Using the points, write down the names of the
devices on the "Connection Diagrams
ffiJ".
View the output jacks available on each source
device and then fill in the check box.
Use an HDMI cable to connect this unit to your
TV's HDMI input.
Write down the tot I points (pt) of the circled
item(s).

On the "Connection Planning Chart

write
down the source devices (except TV) that you will
connect in order of most frequently used (from
left to right) as follows.

Connect speakers to the SPEAKERS terminals. If speakers have color
coded terminals, match the colors. If the speakers are not color coded on
the terminals, then match + and -. (1lW P. 6 for details)
Refer to "Connection Diagrams
ffiJ"
and then
connect the cables from the source devices to
this unit as indicated. See page 6 about further
connections (iPod dock, network, etc.)
Choose the best connections available for your
source device as follows:

When there is a check mark on the HOMIjack,circlethetopHOMI1,
HOMI2,orHOMI3. If another previous device has already selected
an input, then select the next one available.

If there are NO check marks inthe any of the HOMI jacks, then make
suretoselectavideojackwithanaudioiack
