Defect
- Ensure the Power Cord and AC Power Outlet are
securely connected.
- Ensure all connectors are securely connected and aren't broken.
- Check FPC cable between Keypad Board and Main Board.
- Check Interlock Switch
- Check LVPS
- Check Driver board
- Check Keypad Board
- Check Main Board
- Ensure the environment temperature is under 40 degree C.
- Ensure the projector is not put on a soft pad and the air vent is not
blocked.
- Check LED Status
a. Temp LED (lights or flashes red)
- Check Fan
- Check Main Board
b. Lamp LED (lights or flashes red)
- Check Phosphor wheel module
- Check Photo sensor board
- Check Driver board
- Check Main Board
- Check LED module and LD module
- Ensure all connectors are securely connected and aren't broken
- Check Keypad Board - Check Keypad Board
- Check Main Board
- Check LVPS
- Check Phospher wheel
- Check Driver Board
- Check Photo Sensor Board - Check Photo Sensor Board Photo Sensor Board
- Ensure the Signal Cable and Source work (If you connect multiple
sources at the same time, use the "Source" button on the control
panel to switch)
- Ensure all connectors are securely connected and aren't broken
- Check Main Board
- Check DMD Board
- Check DMD Chip
- Check Engine Module
- Check Fan Module
- Check Phospher wheel Phospher wheel
-Check if the Main Board and the DMD Board are assembled
properly
- Check Main Board
- Check DMD Board
- Check DMD Chip
