MOUNTING THE MICROPHONE
HOLDER
Caution: Do not mount the radio's microphone holder
where it could damage or interfere with the operation
of any passive restraint safety device (an airbag or
seat belt).
1. Using the holder as a template, mark the posi-
tions for the screw holes.
2. At each marked position, drill a hole slightly
smaller than the mounting screws.
Caution: Be careful not to drill into anything
behind the mounting surface.
3. Mount the holder using the supplied machine
screws, spring washers, plain washers, and nuts.
