Arrow
Handlebar
• Position the vehicle upside down.
• Note the arrow on the underside of the front fender.
• Position the front fender so that the arrow points toward
the front end of the vehicle. Slide the front fender
completely onto the ends of the handlebars.

Wheel
• Before applying the labels to the wheel, wipe the wheel
with a clean, dry cloth to make sure it is free of dirt and
oils. Make sure your hands are clean.
• Apply the labels to both sides of the wheel as shown in
the illustration.
Assembly

Front Fender
Handlebar
• Place a cap nut on a flat surface, inside up.
Hint: You may want to place a scrap block of wood
underneath the cap nut to protect the assembly surface.
• Fit the end of the front axle into the cap nut.
• Tap the opposite side of the front axle with a hammer to
secure the cap nut to the front axle. Pull on the cap nut
to be sure it is secure on the front axle.

• Fit an inner shock to the inside of the handlebar.
• Fit an outer shock to the outside of a handlebar.
• Slide the shocks down into the front fender.
• Repeat this procedure to assemble the shocks to the
other handlebar.
