SPECIFICATIONS:
Heavy duty electric hot top range with cabinet base, Vulcan-
Hart Model No. VS2. Stainless steel front, stub back and front
top ledge. 6" adjustable stainless steel legs. Sides finished
in black epoxy powder coat paint. Open storage compartment
with removable center shelf. Three 5 KW cast iron hot tops.
One thermostat control per hot top adjusts from 340° to 800°F.
Porcelain on steel baffled grease drawer and warming drawer
under range top. 2 1 / " fiberglass insulation in sides, top, back

and bottom. Requires 208 or 240 volt, 1 or 3 phase.
