4.6.6.3 Configuring L2TP in Windows XP
In Windows XP, first issue the following command from the Windows command prompt (including
the quotes) to make sure the computer is running the Microsoft IPSec service.
net start "ipsec services".
Then do the following to establish an L2TP VPN connection.
Click Start > Control Panel > Network Connections > New Connection Wizard.

Click Next in the Welcome screen.

Select Connect to the network at my workplace and click Next.

Select Virtual Private Network connection and click Next.

Type L2TP to ZyWALL as the Company Name.
