In the Web Filter Home screen, click Commtouch Report or BlueCoat Report.

Select items under Global Reports to view the corresponding reports.

Select a time period in the Date Range field, either Allowed or Blocked in the Action Taken field

and a category (or enter the user name if you want to view single user reports) and click Run
Report. The screens vary according to the report type you selected in the Report Home screen.
