- Open and close the front cover and make print again.
- Check that the printer is installed on a level surface.
- Check if the orange protection material is removed
from the drum unit.
- Wipe the scanner windows of the laser unit with a soft,
lint-free cloth. (Refer to
- Replace the toner cartridge with a new one.
- Replace the drum unit with a new one.
Cause
Replace the laser unit.
Replace the Toner/New sensor PCB ASSY.
