1. Make sure you connect a phone line to the receiver's back panel

Connection

If the phone connection is okay, the receiver displays a
message that says so.

it needs to make a toll-free call to the
Customer Service Center, select the
Dial Out

it finishes the call. When the receiver finishes the call, select

If you didn't connect the phone line right, the receiver
displays a message that says so. Check the phone connection
and then do the test again.
