Magellan eXplorist Settings

Assigning the Compass Graphic

Access the Settings Menu.
2.
Select Compass.
3.
Select the left and right arrows to set through
the available compass graphics.
4.
Press the joystick to select the compass
graphic.

Background

This defines what graphic will be used as the
background for the receiver

Select Background.
3.
Select the left and right arrows to set through
the available graphics.
4.
Press the joystick to select the background.

Satellite

Viewing the Satellite Status Screen

Access the Settings Menu.
2.
Select Satellite.
3.
Select the Back Icon to exit.
GPS

Turning the GPS Receiver On/Off

Access the Settings Menu.

Select GPS.
3.
Select the GPS drop-down menu and select
On or Off.
