Removing the Display Closure Sensor
1.
Follow the procedures in
battery .
2.
Remove the
back panel .
3.
Remove the
keyboard trim .
4.
Remove the
hard drive assembly .
5.
Remove the
base cover .
6.
Remove the
palm rest .
7.
Remove the
8.
Disconnect the display closure sensor flex cable from the system board.
9.
Remove the screw that secures the display closure sensor.
