VGA AMOLED DISPLAY
Mirrorless cameras do not have a mirror to deliver the captured image
to an optical viewfinder, so the camera sends the image captured in
the sensor to the display screen on the back of the camera. In some
cameras, it's difficult to see a dark image on the display in bright daylight.
Some Micro Four Thirds products even require a separate viewfinder to
be purchased and attached. However the AMOLED (organic light emitting
diode) panel which is used for the display on the back of the NX200
camera allows users to see the screen clearly even in bright ambient light
conditions.
The 3.0 inch AMOLED Display used in the NX200 has a response speed
3,000 times faster than TFT-LCD, creates images very quickly and
smoothly, and its 180°visual field and 10,000:1 contrast ratio allow users
to see a clear display in bright daylight. Plus, the display significantly
extends battery life due to its low-power design.
