STEERING SYSTEM

1. Check the following for excessive free play:
1) Push the handlebar up and down and back and
forth.
2) Turn the handlebar slightly to the right and left.
2. If excessive free play is noticed, consult a Yamaha

dealer.

Check the lights.
Replace any burned out bulbs.

BATTERY

Check the fluid level and top-up if necessary.
Use only distilled water if refilling is necessary.

Check the tightness of fittings/fasteners.
