Z process

The Z Process can be run from PC Workstation or it can be run from Windows Scheduled Task.
The Z Process will clear the selected period, print configured reports and create the selected
export files.

Configure Reports

Ø Configure Reports to Print: Follow the steps below to select which reports print
during the Z Process. Select only the reports that require a hard copy. Reports that
are not selected may be recalled from the archives and printed at a later time.
Ø Configure Export Files: Follow the steps below to select which reports will generate
an export file.
• Uncheck all selections and click Start Z.
• Select the Z Type and Period and then select "Change"
