Managing your pictures

It's easy to build your own image management
system, by creating and deleting folders to store your
pictures in, and moving pictures to whichever folder
you like.
Note: See
out how to create and delete folders, and how
to mark and move items to folders.
Your pictures appear in the Photo Album as a list of
thumbnail images.
Use the Options
Select this To
Open Display the currently highlighted image on the
screen.
Send Send the currently highlighted image via MMS,
Email, or via a Bluetooth or infrared
connection.
Delete image Delete the currently highlighted image from
memory.
Move to Move the currently highlighted image to the
folder selected folder.
New folder Create a new folder in the Photo Album to
store images.
Edit list Mark one or more images.
Rename Rename the currently highlighted image. You
image will be asked to type in the new name that you
have chosen for the image, and to confirm the
name change.
Receive Receive an image via an infrared connection

Viewing your pictures

To view your pictures
1. Browse through the image thumbnails using the
joypad.
2. To open an image press
Options
3. When an image is open, use the left
joypad keys to view the previous or next
picture in the current folder.
Note: Animated GIF files are opened in the
same way. The animation is played only once,
after which the displayed image is fixed. To
replay the animation, the image must be closed
and re-opened.
The picture is scaled to fit into the central section of
the screen. You can select
Options
entire screen.

View available information about the currently
highlighted image:
- Name.
- Date and time taken.
- Size.
- Image format.
Add a link to the currently highlighted image in
the Favourites pane in the Now!
Favourites Pane on Page 84 for more
information.
Refresh the thumbnails used in all features of
the phone.
Select
