Tape Program Search (TPS)
q Press [P·SET{] / [{] to activate the Tape Program
Search mode.
w To select a desired program, press [ 2 ] or [ 1 ] cor-
responding times to go forward (up to 9) or backward
(up to 8).
e Press [P·SET{] / [{] again to cancel.
Notes:
The TPS mode may not work correctly in the following cases. This, however, does not mean that the unit is defective.
¡There is an interval less than 3 seconds or having a high level of noise or hum between programs.
¡There is particularly low-level passage during the program.
q Press [MENU] / [SEL] during cassette playing.
w Press [P·SET}] or [P·SET{] / [}] or [{] to select an item.
e Press [BAND] to switch on or off in turn.
Notes:
¡If no keys have been pressed for more than 15 seconds, the display returns to the previous one after changing to the
menu display.
¡Press [DISP] to return to the regular mode.

Note: The blank skip does not work when an unrecorded
portion of a tape is less than 15 seconds.
