ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS SIDE SHEL Remove bottom panels and casters from the carton. Use 16 pieces of truss head 1/4”x12mm screw and 16 pieces of 1/4”split lock, which have been locked into the bottom panel, to secure two casters and two casters with brake to bottom panel .
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 6 pieces of truss head 5/32”x10mm screw and 6 pieces of 1/4” split lock used to attach the two side panels are already aligned with holes in the back panel and bottom panel, tighten the screws on side panels and bottom panel of the grill as shown in figure below.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Take off 4 pieces of M4x8mm screw and M4 split lock from the handle and align handles with the holes in the door, then use screws and split lock to install it as shown in figure below. Remove the upper portion of grill from carton. Place the upper portion of grill on to the cart.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Take off 4 pieces of truss head 1/4”x12mm screw and 4 pieces of 1/4”split lock from the side panels to assemble the upper portion of the grill to the cart. Make sure the four screws are tight.. Take off 8 pieces of 1/4”x12mm and 8 pieces of 1/4” split lock from side shelves and side panels and then align the holes on the right side of grill housing and screw through the holes in the right side shelf and tighten into the grill housing as per the diagram below.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Side Burner Valve Assembly Align side burner valve to the side burner front panel hole. Then, screw the side burner valve. Side Burner Valve Assembly Then, turn knob (clock wise) to put the side burner knob on.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 2 pieces of truss head M4x8mm screw and 2 pieces of M4 split lock used to attach the side burner handle are already screwed into the handles (see figure below). Remove the screws from side burner handle and align with the holes in the side shelf, and then tighten up the screw.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 2 pieces of 1/4”x10mm screw and 2 pieces of 1/4”split lock for rotisserie mount are already screwed into the right side panel of the grill. Remove the screws and install the rotisserie motor mount as shown in the figure below. Assemble the rotisserie skewer as shown in the figure below.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS If you’ve just attempted to light the burner with the igniter, allow 5 minutes for any accumulated gas to dissipate. Keep your face and hands as far away from the grill as possible. Insert a lit extended match (using the chain & match holder shown in the figure) or lighter through the cooking grids to the burner.
