To extend the life of your air tools and equipment: It is recommended to install a water filter and oiler (available from Harbor Freight Tools) in series with the Air Outlet Valve (48) of the Air Compressor. (See Figure C, next page.) WARNING! People with pacemakers should consult their physician(s) before using this product.
When unpacking, check to make sure all the parts shown on the Parts Lists on pages 14 and 15 are included. If any parts are missing or broken, please call Harbor Freight Tools at the number shown on the cover of this manual as soon as possible. It may be necessary to attach the Air Filter Kit (31).

Then, connect the other end of the air hose directly from the Air Outlet Valve of the Air Compressor to the air tool. (See Figure E, and Figure F, next page.)

(55) FIGURE F Allow the Air Compressor to build up from 85 PSI to 115 PSI as indicated on the Pressure Gauge (47). When the air pressure reaches 85 PSI, open the Air Outlet Valve (48) to allow the air hose and air tool to become pressurized.
NOTE: If it is necessary to quickly depressurize the Air Compressor, turn off the Air Compressor by pushing DOWN on the “On/Off” Pressure Switch (50). Then, pull OUT on the ring on the Safety Valve (51) to quickly release stored air pres- sure.
