Plug the power cord into an electrical grounded 115 Volt AC electrical receptacle. Rotate the Power Switch (A-5) to the Vertical position to turn the air compressor on. Rotate that same switch to the horizontal position to turn it off. See page 10.
WARNINg! do not make any repairs, adjustments, or maintenance on the air compressor unless it is disconnected from the electrical power and the tank pressure is released. Maintenance should always be performed by a qualified technician. Check the oil level before each use. If the oil is low, add some. If it is high, drain some by removing the Drain Plug.

Note: The Air Compressor is equipped with an external overload device. Should the Air Compressor experience a short or excessive load, the overload device will trip and the machine will automatically shut down. If this happens, turn Off the Power Switch (A5), wait 10 minutes and check for any obvious problems.
