using coin slides, use theadapter kitsupplied withthe
washer.
2. Replace themeter case service door. M ake sure thelockis
located t oward t herear o fthecase.
AdjustingCoinBox
The tight f itofthecoinboxissetatthefactory.. You can!oosen
thefit asdesired b yloosening theslotted rods inside t hefront o f
thecoin box.
1. Check t heelectrical requirements.
Besure that y ouhave the
correct electrical supply a nd therecommended
grounding
method. See"Electrical Requirements."
2. Check t obesure allparts arenowinstalled. Ifthere isan
extra part, g oback through t hesteps toseewhich step was
skipped.
3. Check t obesure youhave allofyour t ools.
4. Check t obesure that t heyellow shipping strap was
completely removed from thelower b ack ofthewasher.
5. Dispose oforrecycle allpackaging materials.
6. Check t obesure the water f aucets a reon.
7. Check for leaks around faucets and inlet hoses.

Making
a cycle
check
1. Run the washer through 1 complete cycle=
2. Measure _Aof the normal recommended
amount of powdered
or liquid detergent and pour it into the washer basket.
3. Close the lid.
4. When the cycle is complete, check all hoses and connections
for proper operation and that they do not leak.

NOTE: Keep a record of all coin box key numbers. A lost key can
only be replaced if ordered by key number from Sears Parts. The
key number is located both on the key and behind the end panel
of the coin box. If the key number is not available, the lock must
be drilled out to remove the coin box.
