Steps
Test the condition of the fuse.

Check the connections between HVPS,
HVPS Cover, and Transfer Unit.
Are the contacts clean and intact?

Action Taken
Is the Fuse cut?
Does the error persist?
Yes
Replace the Engine
Control Board
Install a new
Transfer Unit and
verify the fuse blows.
Replace in the
following order:
HVPS Cover
HVPS
No
Go to Step 2.
Clean or align contacts
as needed. If the
error persists, go to
Step 3.
Complete
