Recessed and Newly
Designed Ink Cartridges
With the introduction of recessed
ink cartridge bays, the Epson
STYLUS PRO 9400 and 7400 have
cleaner and more compact designs
and are even more suitable for
production environments where
space is at a premium. One of the
ways in which this is achieved was
by redesigning the printers' 110ml
(standard) and 220ml (optional) ink
cartridges, delivering a smaller
casing without impacting on
cartridge ink capacity.

High Capacity
Ink Cartridges
All three printers in the Epson STYLUS PRO 400 Series allow the option of
utilising 220ml ink cartridges, which are ideal in environments where large
and/or unattended print jobs are a matter of course. Even in less
print-intensive environments, the optional 220ml ink cartridges contribute
to an overall reduction in maintenance requirements.
Dual 4-Colour Ink Set
(Epson STYLUS PRO 9400 and 7400 only)
With eight ink cartridge slots, the Epson STYLUS PRO 9400 and 7400
support dual 4-colour ink sets, enabling these printers to be configured
with two cartridges of each of the four colours. This capability means the
printers are able to utilise two rows of print nozzles for each colour,
resulting in significantly enhanced print speeds
