Read a Received Message

A received message can be an unread message, or an old message that you have read but not
deleted.
Note: Form messages may be deleted automatically after you have read and replied to them, if
this feature has been enabled by your fl eet administrator.
To read a received message at any time, display the 'Main
Menu'.
The number of unread stored messages is shown in the top
left corner of the screen. In this example there are 3 unread
messages.
Touch Messages.
The 'Received Messages' screen lists all your received
messages. The most recent message is at top of the list, with
the time that it was received by your M-Nav 760.
Touch the up-arrow or down-arrow to move up or down the
message list, if necessary.
Touch a received message that you want to read it. It is
displayed immediately, along with any previous replies. If you
cannot see all of it, move the scroll bar on the far right hand
side of the screen.
The following icons show the type of received message and its status:
New unread information or Route-To message.
New unread form message or Route-To form message.
Information or Route-To message has been read.
Form message or Route-To form message has been read.
