Portal Sync Key
Tapping the Portal Sync key acquires the latest
news, recommendations, and other information
from the Clarion portal site.
WARNING
• For safety reasons, do not perform any
operations while driving.
Doing so can take your mind off the road
and create the risk of a traffic accident.
Always stop your vehicle in a safe place
before operating the unit.
In order to use the Clarion portal site, you will
need to register as a user. Use the Portal Sync
key on the Home screen to start the registration
procedure. For details about registration, see
Registering on the Clarion Portal Site (P. 39).

Displaying the Portal Site Screen
Tapping
on the Home screen will access the
portal site and display the Portal Sync screen.
This will not display anything in the quick
information area.
NOTE
In the Car mode, tap the Home screen
Application launcher
Portal Sync screen.
