BEFORE PLAYBACK
Preparation
1
Switch on the television and select the preset channel for the di-
gital player.

If an audio system or an AV receiver is connected to the DVD
player, switch it on and select the audio input for the DVD
player.

Press »ON/OFF« on the device to switch on the DVD player.
– Display on the DVD player: »NO dISC«, on the television.
Note:
You can switch the DVD player in and out of standby mode
using the remote control.
Press »ON/OFF« on the DVD player to switch it off.
Inserting the disc

Put a disc in the disc compartment with the label facing up-
wards.

Notes:
Playback of a DVD, VCD, SVCD or audio CD (CDDA) starts
automatically.
The file browser appears if an MP4 video CD, MP3 or JPEG
CD is inserted.
