Customizing Your Phone Updating Audio Quality and Capabilities You can adjust the audio quality of your phone, and enable auxiliary audio components, such as wireless (lapel) microphones, speakers, recording devices, and computers that you connect to the Multi-Interface Module. Updating the Sound Quality of Your Phone You can adjust the sound quality of your phone by changing the treble or bass control.

(If you do not have a voice mail system set up, the call will still ring on your phone.) Rejecting calls is not available on shared lines.

To divert incoming calls from a contact to a third person: 1. Press the Dir soft key, and then select Contact Directory. The Directory screen displays.

If you want to talk privately to the person to whom you are transferring the call before the transfer is complete, wait until the person answers the call, talk to the person, and then press the Transfer soft key.

You handle active audio-only and video conferences differently. Polycom HDX Microphone Array, you mute the microphone on the phone and all extended microphones and Polycom HDX Microphone Arrays connected to your phone and to the Polycom HDX system. Agreement. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Polycom grants to you a nonexclusive license to install and use the Software Product included with the Polycom product that incorporates or uses the Software Product (the “Product”).

If the Software Product is labeled as an upgrade, you must be properly licensed to use the software identified by Polycom as being eligible for the upgrade in order to use the Software Product. A Software Product labeled as an upgrade replaces and/or supplements the software that formed the basis for your eligibility for the upgrade.

Polycom with a copy of your receipt, or to replace any defective media with software which substantially conforms to applicable Polycom published specifications. Any replacement Software Product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer.
