Follow these instructions to install the Retention Module and CPU:
1.
Remove the existing retention module (if applicable).
2.
Position the backplate
against the underside of
the mainboard; secure
the 4 screws firmly on
the retention module.
Note: Do not over tighten
the screws.
3.
Install your CPU. Pull up
the lever away from the
socket and lift up to 90-
degree angle.
4.
Locate the CPU cut
edge (the corner with the
pinhole noticeably miss-
ing). Align and insert the
CPU correctly.
