Using the
BT Freelance XA 100
Tandem additional handset
The BT Freelance XA 100 is NOT GAP compatible,
therefore, it cannot be registered to any other DECT
telephones. However, if you have purchased the BT
Freelance XA 100 Tandem you will have an additional BT
Freelance XA 100 handset. With the BT Freelance XA 100
Tandem you can make internal calls and transfer external
calls between the two BT Freelance XA 100 handsets.
Both BT Freelance XA 100 handsets comes pre-registered
to the BT Freelance XA 100 Tandem base. It is supplied
with its own charger and must be charged continuously for
16 hours before you can use it. Please see Setting Up on
page 16 if you have not already done this.
You can make internal calls between your BT Freelance XA
100 handsets.
Press the
The other BT Freelance XA 100 handset will ring
and INT will be shown on the display to indicate
that the call is internal. To answer the call they
should press the
