Everyday use of the SETTINGS MENU
Smell filter

The energy consumption is higher when the smell filter is activated.

If the smell filter is deactivated in the SETTINGS MENU menu, it will automatically
switch itself on after 100 operating hours, during a baking or roasting cycle, in order to
self-clean.

During pyrolytic cleaning, the smell filter switches itself on automatically, even if it is
deactivated in the SETTINGS MENU menu.
Heat+Hold
The Heat+Hold function keeps your prepared dish warm for 30 minutes, after the baking
or roasting process is completed.
This is helpful, for example, if your guests are late.
Pre-condition for Heat+Hold:
• Set temperature is above 80°C
• Fixed duration
Switching on Heat+Hold
1. Select oven function, meat programme or automatic programme.
2. If necessary, set duration or core temperature.
3. Press the SELECTION
4. Confirm with
The Heat+Hold function is now switched on.
5. As soon as the function is completed, a signal sounds and Heat+Hold starts.
The function set runs at 80°C for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes with Heat+Hold are over, the oven switches itself off.
For setting the language in the display.
