Replacing Consumables
Replacing R1 Finisher Staple Cartridge

1: Ensure machine is idle before opening the A1 Finisher Door. Open the Finisher Door.
2: Rotate the Stapling Unit to the right.
3: Pull out on the Staple Cartridge handle and remove the used cartridge.
4: Unpack and install the new cartridge.
5: The cartridge will click into place when it is installed correctly.
6: Insert the cartridge into the machine.

Replacing A1 Finisher Staple Cartridge

1: Ensure machine is idle before opening the A1 Finisher Door. Open the Finisher Door.
2: Pull up on the Staple Cartridge handle and remove the cartridge.
3: Check the inside of the Finisher for any remaining staples.
4: Squeeze both sides of the empty Staple Case and pull upwards to remove it from the
cartridge.
5: Unpack and install the new case. The case will click into place into the Staple Cartridge
when it is installed correctly.
6: Insert the cartridge into the machine.
